Learning a lot about Title Deeds and how they can be really “stuffy” when it comes to your design and what clients want. One of our projects needs part of their deeds relaxed, so that we ca build a double garage on the boundary. Many of the surrounding houses have a garage on the boundary but it has to go through the whole process. Which simply means having to get your neighbours approval (lets hope that they are the kind type:)) and a locality plan and take it to “Province” in town for them to relax it. But before I got to this point I went on a unplanned walk about in town. From Greenmarket Square to a place in Dorp Street then to Wale Street and back to Dorp Street (different building this time). These places were not far apart and the weather was great (not too hot) so I didn’t really mind, so why am I complaining again. Adios
